Morality is a relative thing
If you want to drive your car at 150 mph it’s probably not a great idea to try that on the streets of New York City. On the other hand, it’s considered perfectly acceptable and legal to do that on the Autobahn in Germany. If you want to pursue a gay lifestyle in Tehran you could end up being hung. Pursuing the same lifestyle in San Francisco wouldn’t raise an eyebrow. The point is that morality is a relative thing. Is it immoral to spy on your spouse whom you suspect of cheating? Is it immoral to walk away from a home that’s underwater and worth less than the mortgage? Is it immoral to track down the driver who hit your car in the supermarket car park and pursue them? It’s up to you to decide.
